Online registration
This registration website is for the 2007 Rotary Zones 23/24 Institute to be held in Long Beach at the Hilton Long Beach on October 11-14, 2007. The registration fee is $150 and will go to $175 on June 1, 2007. There is an additional $190 fee per person for the meal package, which includes 6 meals: Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. There is no breakfast on Saturday, and Friday evening is left open for the class reunion dinners.

Registration by Mail
 Preferred registration is online registration. However, if you do not want or are unable to use the online registration system, you may download the registration form (or download it for a friend), print it, complete it, and mail it to the address on the form. You can pay with a credit card on the form, or send a check with the form.

October 13, 2007: Walk-Run at the Institute
Join us on Saturday, October 13th for a walk, jog, or run on a scenic course from the Hilton Hotel along Long Beach Harbor. The event is designed for every fitness level from runners to strollers. You may choose to go 3K, 5K, or 8K at your option and still have time for breakfast and a shower before attending the events of the Zone Institute.

After your register online, you will be able to pay online with a credit card. Payments will be processed through a secure online payment system with D2G Online, and will appear on your credit card statement as "D2G Online".
5% Registration Cancellation Fee thru September 15, 2007. No refunds after September 15, 2007.

You may still register online (just select the "Pay by Mail" option after you register), or you can send your registration information with your payment using the registration form above. The Hilton Long Beach Hotel (Official Institute Hotel) is SOLD OUT.
Fellow Rotarians - Due to the overwhelming response to the 2007 Zone Institute registration promotion the rooms at the Long Beach Hilton are SOLD OUT. Please refer to the following links to register for a room at the Hotels closest to the Hilton - Thanks for your understanding and cooperation - See you in Long Beach.

Guest rooms have been arranged for $145.00 per night.
The hotel is located near the Queen Mary, about 1.5 miles from the Hilton. The City of Long Beach supplies a free shuttle that stops very close to the Coast on one end and close to the Hilton on the other. The shuttle runs from about 5:30 am. until midnight. During the day it runs every 15 minutes and evening every 20 minutes.
Other Alternate Hotels:
The Renaissance (562-437-5900) is about seven blocks east on Ocean Blvd. and the closest.
The Hyatt Regency (562-491-8511) is two blocks further away on Pine Avenue.
The Westin Long Beach (562-436-3000) is about 12 blocks (one mile) east on Ocean Blvd.
The Courtyard by Marriott (562-435-8511) is just off Ocean Blvd. about 12 blocks (one mile) east.
The Long Beach Convention Center Travelodge (562-435-2471) is also about 12 blocks east just off Ocean Blvd.
The Best Western of Long Beach (562-599-5555) is a mile north on Long Beach Blvd.
